The Odysseus Hotel is a lovely family run hotel offering comfortable accommodation and excellent hospitality.
The hotel is in an elevated position overlooking one of the five beautiful bays of Paleocastritsa. The hotel is comprised of five separate buildings all in peaceful surroundings. Rooms and reception area have been recently renovated. The hotel is just a five minute walk to the beach and the resort's bars, restaurants, tavernas and shops are within a ten minute walk.

Mr and Mrs Ward of Leeds visited in September 2008 and said:
We found the Odysseus Hotel in Paleocastritsa to be a clean and comfortable hotel. We stayed here in September 2008. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worthwhile. We paid a good price so we were not expecting luxury but the price we paid made this hotel very good value for money. The beds were a bit hard and the breakfast was poor but after the first morning we had our breakfast in one of the tavernas nearby where for 5 Euro we could get a really good breakfast with coffee as well. The swimming pool is good but it was a bit on the cold side for me, but overall this is a well run hotel and the staff are friendly.
The area of Paleocastritsa is stunning and we went on quite a few really good walks and the beach is only is 400 yards or so from the hotel. Also the monastry which is nearby is well worth a visit.
There are at least 5 beaches nearby and it is also worth hiring a car to explore some of Corfu. Aqualand is good, and if you go after 3pm it's half price !
There are several nice taverna's opposite the hotel which really give you a taste of Greece and every one is very friendly.
